• Account information — When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google OAuth.
• Content you submit — Video URLs you paste into the app and the recipe data our AI extracts from those videos.
• Usage data — The number of recipe extractions you perform, recipes you save, and collections you create.
• Device and log data — Browser type, IP address, pages visited, and timestamps, collected automatically for debugging and abuse prevention.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and operate the Let Me Cook service, including recipe extraction and storage.
• Enforce usage limits tied to your plan (free or premium).
• Improve our AI models and overall product quality.
• Send you transactional emails (e.g., account changes, billing receipts).
• Detect and prevent abuse, fraud, or violations of our Terms of Service.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not use it for advertising purposes.

Let Me Cook integrates with the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:

• Google Firebase — Authentication and database storage.
• Google OAuth — Sign-in provider.
• AI / LLM providers — Video content is processed by AI models to extract recipe information.
• Vercel — Hosting and serverless functions for our application.

We only share data with these services to the extent necessary to operate the product.

Let Me Cook is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If changes are material, we will notify you by email or by a prominent notice in the app. Your continued use of Let Me Cook after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
