By accessing or using Let Me Cook (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and anyone else who accesses the Service.

Let Me Cook allows you to extract recipe information from cooking videos by submitting video URLs. You may use the Service only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Submit URLs to videos you do not have the right to process.
• Use the Service to reproduce or redistribute copyrighted content without authorization from the rights holder.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate access to the Service beyond its intended interface.
• Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its operation.

You must sign in with a valid Google account to use Let Me Cook. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information during sign-in.
• Notify us immediately at letmecook.now.app@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Not share your account or allow others to access the Service through your credentials.

All content, design, logos, and software that make up Let Me Cook are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Recipes and content extracted from third-party videos remain the intellectual property of their original creators. Let Me Cook does not claim ownership over extracted recipe content. You are responsible for ensuring your use of that content complies with applicable copyright law and the terms of the original platform (e.g., YouTube).

The Service is offered under free and paid plans, each with defined usage limits. We reserve the right to:

• Modify the features and limits of any plan at any time.
• Suspend or throttle access if usage exceeds reasonable limits or appears abusive.
• Change pricing for paid plans with reasonable advance notice to existing subscribers.

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us if you have a billing concern.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that extracted recipes will be complete, accurate, or error-free — AI extraction is imperfect by nature. We make no warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of bugs or viruses. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Let Me Cook and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including loss of data, revenue, or goodwill — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or are using the Service in a harmful or abusive manner. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. Upon termination, your saved recipes and data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If changes are material, we will notify you by email or by a prominent notice in the app. Your continued use of Let Me Cook after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
